6 th point of sec 3 of the constitution

I think its high time We discuss other posts of ministerial now.So I have opened this topic where We will discuss about all posts except PM.
So I believe the posts we will be needing are
1) Information Minister

2) Finance minister.

3) Strategic minister.

4) Recruitment minister.

And also I believe Senate will be needing one administrative head for the Mall that is opening.(However if u all agree finance minister can handle it too.

1) Information Minister

3) Strategy Minister (dunno if its required since all strategies will be created by the Senate in consultation with all the nations)

4) Recruitment Minister

5) Foreign Minister (Minister of External Affairs - this person will be the point of contact for all the incoming embassies as well as outgoing embassies from UI. Inter regional relationships will be maintained through him)

The appointment of Ministers must be driven by necessity rather than number !
Hence Indois proposes that Ministers be appointed whose work is most important for the smooth functioning of Undivided India !

1) The Minister of External Affairs - who as proposed by Manumental shall manage the Embassies and Foreign Contact !

2) The Minister of Internal Affairs - who shall take care of recruitment, internal issues and information. We must understand if we need a separate minister for each of these above subjects !

3) The Minister of Finance - who shall take care of the Financial aspects of Undivided India.

Adding these 3 ministers to the Founder, the Delegate, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Opposition, we already have a 7-member senate ! For a 30 member nation, the number of Senate members is proportionally adequate !

Section III, Article 1 of the Constitution of Undivided India - The Structure of the Government

Structure of the Government :

1. The number of the Members of Senate shall never exceed one-fifth of the total number of nations in Undivided India.
2. The Founder and the WA Delegate are henceforth referred to as Permanent Members of Senate(PMS).
3. The Prime Minister and The Minister of Opposition are the Elected Representatives and henceforth referred to as Elected Members of Senate(EMS).
4. THE Permanent Members of the Senate and the Elected Members of the Senate are henceforth collectively referred to as The Upper Members of the Senate (UMS).
5. The remaining Members of the Senate are to be appointed by the Unanimous vote of the Permanent Members of Senate and the Elected Members of the Senate and are henceforth referred to as the Appointed Members of the Senate.

Section III, Article 6 of the Constitution of Undivided India - The Creation of Government posts(Appointed Members of the Senate)

Appointed Members of the Senate:

1. The UMS's shall commonly meet to decide upon the Candidate to be appointed and the Government Post to be included.

2. The AMS's shall be appointed ONLY BY THE UNANIMOUS VOTE OF THE UMS's (i.e) All four existing Members of Senate are to decide upon ONE SINGLE suitable candidate for a particular post.

3. If during the Appointment Meeting, the UMS's are divided in opinion over more than one Candidate, Public Elections will be held between the proposed candidates to choose the Minister.

4. The Same procedure is to be repeated for choosing all other Appointed Members of Senate.

PM Sonnveld would like to propose a Minister of Defense, who will keep an eye on rivals in NationStates and break point on defensive tactics against raider nations and regions.

Cant the External Affairs Minister handle Defence too ?

If the above proposed Structure of the Government is accepted, the total number of Senate Members cannot be greater than 7 !
There are 4 already, so just 3 more members to be appointed ! You could probably have different ministers than the ones proposed. Its the collective decision of the Senate as to what ministries to have !

Sonnveld agrees to Indois's well-reasoned proposal of having the Minister of External Affairs handle regional defense.

The Government structure as proposed has my endorsement.

Assuming that there are no objections to this structure, the logical conclusion would be to pass this as a Law !

Could the Senate make an official statement passing this as a Law ?

I also think that it should be a law

OK I AS THE FOUNDER SUPPORT THIS AS A LAW.
AS SOON AS ANOTHER MEMBER OF SENATE i.e either the WA delegate or the PM approves it it will pass as a law.so members please ask Sonnveld or II to support this.

Waiting for the Senate to release the final list of vacancies and candidates.
