Article 2, Section II : Nations from other regions(Diplomats and Ambassadors)

1.Any nation belonging to any region apart from Undivided India but temporarily/permanantly based in this region will henceforth be referred to as a Guest Member of Undivided India.

2.For Undivided India to accomodate a Guest Member, the founder/WA delegate of the nation's home region is expected to make a written request to the Senate of Undivided India. The Senate is expected to make this document public within this forum.

3.If the Senate of Undivided India invites a Guest Member, the Invitation is to be made public within this forum.

4.The decision of accepting a Region's request to send an Ambasador/Diplomat rests collectively with the Senate.

5.The Guest Members of Undivided India are expected to abide by the Charter of Undivided India and Constitution of Undivided India. Inherently, all the laws applicable to any nation belonging to Undivided India will be applicable to Guest Members as well.

5.The Guest Members of Undivided India are insulated from any policy changes effected by the Government of Undivided India.

6.The Guest Members of Undivided India shall not under any circumstances be permitted to make any public Political statement which qualify as an opinion on the policies of the Undivided India. However, their opinions are invited in private chats or messages or telegrams.

7.The Guest Members of Undivided India can be banned without prior warning with a Motion by the Senate provided all members of the Senate vote unanimously towards expulsion.
