We, the nations of Undivided India, are directed by our aspiration to constitute Undivided India into a region where we strengthen the bonds between our nations and their citizens based on the common principles of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity, proclaiming our resolve to create a democratic and peaceful union of nations, administrated by the rule of law within the limits of a representative republic established by this document. In our constituent assembly, this <date the constitution will be passed> do hereby adopt, enact and give to ourselves this constitution.

Neither is the Indo-Catholic Kingdom of Clandon, that is why the UNION (i.e the region) will be democratic and not the nations themselves.

I am now of the opinion that "Preamble" would be a better headline than "Aim" !

Preamble does seem to fit better than Aim. I'll try to fix it.
